Default Altoids!

So literally I don't think I have had an altoid since college. I use to pop em all the time as well as chew gum like a fiend in classes.
But on my way to a meeting the other day and I was compelled to buy a tin when I stopped for a gas. I totally forgot that they make sneeze. I think its a combo of the strong mint and chalky dust.
But I've had them on my desk the past few days and I have noticed that they totally help me with cravings. (No wonder I was at my lightest weight ever in college).
What do you guys do/use to help with cravings?
Right now I'm swearing by my altoids.

Depends on what kind of craving it is, for me. If I'm bored and getting that tingling feeling in the back of my mind that eating would be nice, I drink some water or some tea. If I just need to have something in my mouth, gum and altoids do the trick!

I also like the altoids. A lot. They kind of hit that sweet spot, but leave such a strong (curiously, in fact ) taste in my mouth that nothing else tastes good after one.

I buy the wintergreen breathsavers that are individually wrapped in bulk and keep them at my desk to help beat the cravings. I find they last a long time and leave a strong taste in my mouth for a while that deters me from carelessly snacking.

kind of off topic but this reminded me. I have a friend who is addicted to these things. Like, goes through a 5 lb bag every week. She ended up with major stomach issues & ulcers. Just a random side note, not that anyone here needs to worry about something like that. I can't imagine anyone is eating that many of them.

That's insane! I have like maybe 2-3 a day, some days none.

I know, right? How do you even have that many in one day?

...

As soon as I posted this I realized she isn't sucking on them, there is no way. She has to be chewing them. She doesn't have them around me because I know she is trying to kick the habit.

Ahh Altoids are such a craving killer because they are so strong, I can't imagine eating anything afterwards lol

Sometimes all I have to do is think about brushing my teeth and then drinking orange juice
