yea i know, i cant do this one anymore, i got really dizzy today, also i dont think i have enough self discipline for it yet, ive decided to break this crash diet and im gonna go with 4-5 small healthy and nutricious meals a day along with lots of excersize....i got one of the really cool journal apps on my iphone so i can log all that i eat and all my excersize, this will probably work better in the long run...
