Food Acoountability?
I haven't seen anywhere where ther is a food acountability thread so i thought i would start one. i thought it would be a great idea if i have to keep track of what i eat somewhere were everyone would see becuase i think it would help me stay more centered on my diet btw i'm leaveing nothing out even if it was absoloulty horrible! lol i start my diet today but since i remeber what i ate yesterday im going to put it up.
J2: Breakfas:2 cups coffee
Snack: a Pickle
Lunch: Bowl of stew and a piece of pie and cranberry juice
Dinner: Dairy queen burger french fries and a sweet tea and a fudge sunday( i know this is horrible, but thats why im putting it on here so i can make it better)
J3:
Breakfast 3 cups of coffee (im am not a morning person)
Lunch: spinach salad with vinigerette, spicy pickle and glass of v8 juice
Snack: cucumbers, cauiliflower, and tomatoes in ranch dressing
Dinner: grilled shrimp ceasar salad with extra dressing (for the calories)
* even though i dont specify i drink a crap load of water all through out the day
J4:
Breakfast: coffee, 1 poached egg with mushrooms
Snack: 1 organe and 1/2 an apple
Lunch: Salad with vinigetette
Snack: baby carrots in ranch dressing
Dinner: Baked salmon with baked culiflower
