I'm in! For the next 30 days I commit to sticking to the South Beach Diet, and exercising 5-6 days a week!

Committing! Next 30 days Sticking to going to the gym 5 times a week, Counting calories, Drinking lots of H2O, and Hoping to lose about 10 pounds if not more!!!! We can do this girls!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Day 6
Wooo hooo 6 days! Granted not perfect days, but six days of counting all the calories I have consumed and logging into 3fc. Today was excellent. Ate super well and had a kickass workout at the gym. I have been wieghing everyday and my weekend of 2000+ calories two days in a row showed up on the scale. Now two days hitting a little under the calories and under my belt. Hopefully I can be back to what I was before my derailing on the eating plan. After this 30 days I am definately going to start a 30 days challenge to stay within my calories. I have been thinking and I think I'll start zig zagging my calories. But I wont start that until after this 30 days of just focusing on "trying" to stay in calorie goal, and commited to recording everything. Its sad but I dont know if I have ever gone 6 days where I never ate anything I didnt write down and tally. I used to just quit counting when I went way over. But this weekend proved I can face the hard truth and live with staring that awful overeat kinda number in the face. Yay! Anyways sorry for the long post about pretty much nothing but ramblings :).

yesterday was my rest day, so stayed OP as per, and no exercise. that's ok.
BUT. I. COULD. NOT. FOR. THE. LIFE. OF. ME. GET. MYSELF. TO. WORKOUT. TODAY. ARG. sorry, i'm hideously upset with myself. i spent the hour i should i have been working out watching freaking jersey shore. i don't know why. kinda didn't feel like it. horrible excuse. i did however have to walk for about 45 minutes to kinko's (round trip). so i wasn't lethargic all day. here's to doubling up tomorrow. *sigh* |

I didn't workout yesterday I felt like vomiting and I didn't want to push it...But i'm down 2 pounds :)

I didn't workout monday or tuesday but I have to tell you my trainer kicked my *** yesterday! I also made it up to 11 minutes on the treadmill and last week was only 7! yay me! The new routine she showed me I gotta work on it so next wednesday I can show her up on it! Oh ya!
