I'm no raw food fanatic or anything, but it really interested me so I've pretty much changed my eating to about 60% raw foods. (By that I mean a lot of fruits and veggies uncooked no raw meat!
) So basically All day long I eat fruits and veggies and nuts and seeds and then when I get home I have a home cooked meal
So far, things I've noticed, My skin is softer! and my eyes are clearer? weird huh. And Not as many aches and pains. I'm sure there is more I can't think of but yeah. Just wondering if anyone else has taken interest in it?
