Default A new day- Starting over
I was hoping I wouldn't get so off track but it happened. I had lost 12 pounds and after Thanksgiving I just lost control. I gained 3 or 4 pounds over the last 2 or so weeks. Today though I'm taking back control! I won't let myself lose control again.

Congrats on forcing yourself back on track! It is much more difficult to stay on plan than it is to just let yourself go! Good luck!
