Looking good Ladies! I am still out of town and without a scale but I will be home tomorrow and can't wait to see how I did this week. Updates soon!

kay- hope you're having fun on vacay- i need to get outta seattle for a while. the sun just peeked out today for the first time in a while!

linds- looks like you will for sure meet that goal!

i'm kinda worried about meeting mine. i weighed in yesterday and was at 230.5. i think i can do it if i stay on plan and maybe get a little more agressive with the exercise. maybe add another 2 days of cardio. phew. its fine. i'm not working, so its not like i don't have the time right :)

here's to looking good by v-day:D

Wohooo! I am pretty sure I retaining water after my 13 hours of travel yesterday and I ate really late so I am feeling good about my weigh in still being a loss this morning. Can't wait to see what the scale does over the next few days.

hey ladies...just checking in. i really need to stop lurking!! my vday goal weight was 159, but I am still 169...it's not going to happen BUT i think i will keep it there and just try hard to reach it anyways, but i won't be let down...i'm sure it will be more like 165 and that's great. That is 5lbs a month and that's what I've been averaging. :)

Hi all!! I have been so busy I have not had a chance to log on. Good news is I FINALLY got the scale to move down another lb. I weighed in at 287.6 this morning! 9 more lbs for me to reach my Vday goal!

And it's my birthday!

Ladies... to all of you who feel that you wont reach your goal but are still plugging away, Great attitude! You girls are inspiring as you are not giving up!

To all of you who are almost to goal already, You rock!! WTG!

I am kind of proud of myself being only 3lbs away from goal but I am sick and being a big baby. Therefore I indulged in comfort foods yesterday. :( not today though!

I figured out my goal for valentine! :lol: Just keep writing down food and stay on plan.. don't worry about target weight yet.
