needing to get back in the exercise game. i miss running!
Well, first off I haven't been on 3fc for a while. About 4 months. And a lot has changed for me and my life was so chaotic. Now I am settled and in a routine. Now I need to get back on track with my diet and exercise. There is a gym right around the corner from my house so I need to go check that out. I met a guy and he has been great. I am starting to tell that I am gaining my weight back and that is really bothering me. Plus I've been a little depressed due to not exercising and my life being in disorder. So I need to get that under control too. Anyone else going thru something similar?
