Hello!
I had mentioned in another post that I was starting cycling...Well it started, yesterday. It was so intense and so hard but I loved it! I burnt almost 900 calories in the 45 minute session. If that isn't enough to keep me going back I don't know what is! My legs are so sore today but I know it will pay off in the end just wanted to share

I've wanted to try a spinning class, but I am very intimidated. I hear great things about it. I have just been stationary biking by myself and I am enjoying it

Cycle is amazing!!!! I'm waiting to get over this cold I'm fighting off so I can get back to that intense of a cardio workout I think I might need to build back up to it since I've been sick for so long. I can't believe you burned 900 calories!!! I've never worn a heart monitor but I've always wondered!!

It was simply amazing! It was hard too but I like a challenge I have class tonight! I can't wait!
