Going to set a goal to do 20 out of 30 days in November.

11/1 = 22 minute 2.8km jog/walk (2km jogging total).
11/2 = 1 hour Zumba
11/3 = Day Off
11/4 = 26 minutes treadmill (22 jogging, 4 walking - 2.8km total) (also did nearly 3 hours of busy tidying!)
11/5 = 30 minutes stationary bike
11/6 = Day Off
11/7 = 45 minute walk
11/8 = 25 minute jog/walk, 2.8km
11/9 = 1 hour Zumba
11/10 = 30 minutes treadmill (27 jogging, 3 walking - 3.4km total)
11/11 = 25 minutes treadmill (22 jogging, 3 walking - 3km total)
11/12 = 35 minutes treadmill (32 jogging, 3 walking - 4.1km total)
11/13 = Day Off
11/14 = Day Off
