11/1 = 22 minute 2.8km jog/walk (2km jogging total). 11/2 = 1 hour Zumba 11/3 = Day Off 11/4 = 26 minutes treadmill (22 jogging, 4 walking - 2.8km total) (also did nearly 3 hours of busy tidying!) 11/5 = 30 minutes stationary bike 11/6 = Day Off 11/7 = 45 minute walk |
