Default Wii Fit Plus

Ok so my parents have a Wii Fit Plus and they let me fiddle around with it the other night for like 20 minutes....well i was sold and went and bought myself one that night. Needless to say I LOVE THE THING!! I did about 30 minutes of running last night and it was killer.
Nice to have a little change in my workout from the normal Tae Bo. Plus I love video games so it makes it more family friendly as a workout.

Just thought I would start this thread for anyone else who owns and uses one for their workouts. We can post our progress here from what the Wii Fit tells us.

As of last night it said my BMI was 30 and I was 198 lbs! Yay for being under 200

i'm interested in finding ways to make it harder. (for lower body) or increasing the intensity other than running. i've done the free run many times.
you can do a pretty good core w/o once you unlock plank, jack knife, and yoga pose grounded v. they also have challenges(you unlock these) you try to do more sets of 10 of the exercises- plank, push ups, jack knife, than your trainer.
i need a squats or side lunge challenge.

I have it but I only use it when I'm feeling really lazy and want something I can kid myself into thinking is exercise. I don't think it's bad, I do enjoy it - I just don't think its as good a workout as my usual things (dvds, stationary bike, jogging, walking).

Well I didn't get it for my main excercise. I got it to help in getting off the couch in the winter. We are a video game playing family and the kids enjoy these things too. I like it because it makes me get off my butt and I REALLY like the run since I can't do that outside and I dont go to a gym(time and money and no daycare).
