I don't know when it happened or how, (since I've been really rather lazy with exercise lately...) though I have a feeling the Yoga Meltdown DVD I've been doing lately may have had something to do with it...

I put on a pair of super old size 14s today... and they fit. No muffin-top, no tightness in the arse.

That's awesome! I'm doing the same. I have a pair of 14's that I try on every now and then and see if I can fit into them yet. I can zip them up but definitely have some muffin top, but it's getting smaller. Hopefully soon! Congrats once again!!
