October Goals? challenge maybe?
Hey i was new to begin with and then disappeared for a couple weeks because i was moving abroad and now i'm settled and ready to get this show on the road! does anybody have any have any good goals for the month or maybe want to have a little challenge/team up?
my goals for the month:
DIET:
-Special K: i'm gonna try it for two weeks. starting now.
-cut beer out of my diet. for a month i went a-drinking last night and feel GROSS. the beer here isn't even that good so that shouldn't be hard.
FITNESS:
-log 15+ days at the gym. i especially want to start going in the morning instead of waiting for the afternoon then pooping out.
-try 2 different fitness classes. i know its a tiny goal but they always look so fun and then i get to the gym and i just go running instead. dunno why- maybe i'm not a "group player."
-the big one: run 84 kilometers (over the course of a month- not all at once!) that's 2 marathons, 5-10 kilometers at a time. this one is going to be a serious challenge.
