Jen, 12 miles and I'm still in pain. My calves hate me. Apparently you shouldn't drink all day, get up early, hike, drink that night, and expect your body to deal with it. I need to get back out there and get my hiking miles up.

I'm so friggin excited to work out later, its not funny. I'm hoping the stair master helps get some of this soreness out of my calves (even though that is the opposite of logical). I'm trying to get in as many exercise hours as possible between now and Thursday, because I'm going to Minneapolis. I'm sure the hotel has a gym, but I have to leave my apartment at 4:30 am to get to my flight on time, so I'm not sure if I'll have the energy to work out on Thursday. I'm also going to Virgin Fest on Saturday (tailgating starts at 10 am) so I'm not sure if I'll be able to squeeze in a work out Saturday morning. I'm going to try, though
