Please HELP with workout program!
HI!
I need some help for you knowledgable ladies (and gents), please!
I am really hoping to set up a hybrid insanity and chalean extreme program, but have no idea where to begin! Does anyone know a website that has a schedule set up? Does anyone have any ideas about HOW I should set one up? I'd like to alternate cardio (insanity) and resistance (CLX).
I have been doing insanity and love it, but really feel like I need some resistance training too. My work schedule changed so I can't go to the gym anymore (hence the insanity), so I thought a program would be helpful to follow. I was interested in P90x, but am going to wait and do that at a later date, when I don't need so march cardio.
