Talking New Challenge for myself.

I'm not very good at setting specific weight loss goals, but I can set other goals.

My boyfriend and my one year anniversary is February 6th. I have 2 dresses, that I got on the clearance rack for 4.98 each. (Score!) One is a size 18, and the other a size 16. While I would love to be in the size 16, I'd be thrilled to be in the 18. My goal is to be wearing one of these dresses for our one year.

I'm currently a size 22/24, so I'm hoping this is possible.

My plans/goals are:

1.) Exercise at least 4 days out of the week. More if possible. So that's about 96 workouts @ 4 days a week.
2.) Continue without soda. I've gone two weeks, and I can keep it up.
3.) Keep track of what I'm eating.
4.) Find ways to deal with my depression and stress, other than food.

Here's to the next 6 months.

Thank you! I hope I can do it.

I was really excited about the dresses. I love my job, our clearance always goes down really low. Sometimes .99!! Perfect time to stock up! Lol.

Go for it! I am sure you can do it, what you've said is totally achievable I think!
Hopefully you'll find that the exercise helps to level out your moods - I was told that all the time when I was in the worst state of my depression and just thought the psychiatrist was lying. That was 3 years ago, but have noticed now that the exercise really does improve my moods!
