ive made it to the 170s, it took a long time but its so excited and im happy!

i am hoping this weekend doesnt throw me back into the 180s, im only about one notch in so far.

youll get there. 184 was the number i could never get passed, but then once i did i didnt go back up to it, even when fluxuating. that felt good!

I hit 183 yesterday and was so happy I cried. Not to mention TOM is only 2 days away, so I am PSYCHED!! Usually have a whoosh during that time... It's been a while at 184. SO ready!

i hate the number 184, i was there for like 2 months (well maybe a little less) but it seemed like forever.

and you've got to feel good about knowing youre still awesome at losing weight even with TOM.
when it comes for me im always like "must eat everything in the house!"

Good luck! I got to 179 and then weighed in at 180.5 today It's TTOM though so maybe that's the problem. Either way, I know how frustrating it is to finally break into the 170s and then wind up back in the 180s. Just stay on plan and you'll be fine

Congrats! I've recently reached the 170s as well and it's fantastic. I feel like a middle schooler again.
