So - I want to hit onederland before I start my classes again. So, basically I have about 3 weeks to lose 5 lbs. I know it's doable, but the scale has been spiteful lately. It moves, but not as fast I would like. I know it's partly my fault, because I've been bad with my diet lately. Not that I'm eating nothing but junk, but just more than I should be.
Anyway - I've decided that I want to do some sort of power workout in the next few weeks to ensure I start September out of the 200's. I gotta up my fitness routine, so I've been looking for things to do.
I've been thinking about trying Biggest Loser's LCW. I keep looking it at the store, reading the back, getting scared and putting it down again. (lol) I know at this point I should not be intimidated by anything - because everything that I've tried that I've been scared of so far (30DS, Yoga Meltdown, BFBM) has turned out to be so awesome.
My question is... has anyone ever done this one? Is it crazy? Does it work? What's it like? Let me know.

I can probably fit one more workout DVD into my budget for this week, so I'm wondering if I should get this one, or NMTZ which is the one I was originally going to get. (So I'd have all three for the 30 Day Slim down challenge)
