  • 80 or so pounds ago I'd have thought it wasn't disgusting at all. Heck I might have tried it...but just the thought of all the greasiness just makes it...bad to me. Too much...just too much.
  • It looks nasty.
  • I don't see whats so gross about it, it looks pretty yummy to me. I <3 cheese tho, especially mozzerella sticks. Honestly, I'd try it.
  • I would probably eat it, but then I would feel guilty and not want to eat for a couple of day.
  • oh wow i just got on this is why youre fat and idk if i'm going to be able to erase those images from my brain!!
  • Quote: I don't see a calorie count on that, but it's got to be very bad news.
I think the article said 895? Honestly, i think i would much rather have 895 cals of delcious strong aged blue cheese
  • haha, wooow. The sandwich looks gross to me, but only because the little circles between the bread slices look like a line of bacteria or amoeba, except those are jumbo sized and no need for a microscope!
  • I love mozzarella sticks. I also love grilled cheese sandwiches... However this isn't appealing to me. And i'm not the guy with the totally renewed health-conscience....i just think that's something i'd try one bite of and then be struggling to get through the rest of the way...too much cheese and grease for me and i'm probably the fattest in this post lol!
  • I agree with ANOther, there are a few things on thisiswhyyouarefat that really aren't really THAT bad... weird tastes yes, but some of those things are like entire cakes or dishes that having a bite of wouldnt kill you. Now, a a KFC double down with glazed donuts as a bun..something like that is truly terrifying. And disgusting.

As for the Denny's sandwich, I used to eat mozzarella sticks like they were their own category on the food pyramid, and I also like grilled cheese..so I have to also agree that before I gave a crap about my eating I probably would have tried it.
  • The little kid inside mr who grew up on grilled cheese says that looks fabulous. The new healthier eating me knows I probably wouldn't make it 1/4 of the way through it before it started making me sick.
  • I've never really been a fan of mozzarella cheese sticks so that doesn't look too good to me, but those fries sure did! ;p

  • DH just had this at a baseball game - the Hammer Sandwich, in tribute to Hank Aaron. It is a fried chicken breast with bacon, cheese, some kind of sauce (mayo maybe?) sandwiched between two waffles, served with fries. He said it was really good. I find it frighteningly appealing.
