Yeah - I'm curious how I will feel if I go back to Level 1 after not doing it for a while. I'm sure I'll be working more at Natalie's level now.

As for Level 2, I'm beginning to fear that I'll never be good enough to move on. Those planks are awful! I still can't make it past the last minute of abs without having to drop down a million times. *sigh*. I'm sure I'll get there... I was afraid I would never get past Level 1 either and I did. Haha.

Oh, and Shred It looks AWESOME. For some reason, that one doesn't even scare me...it looks FUN. I guess the idea of wildly swinging a handweight around appeals to me ... lol. I'm so going to buy it!!! :D

I may go get that new one too, once I'm done with this slim down thing.

I had planned to start today but ended up popping the 30 day shred last night. My level of fitness must have improved quite a bit since the last time I tried it because I was dying before and couldn't do all the weight work with my 3lb weights. I got a good workout, but I had a much easier time last night and I was using 5lb weights.

Going to do day 2 in an hour or so.

Day 2 complete. I'm pretty satisfied. I can feel my bicep... i have a bicep, not just fat!!! woohoo! :carrot:

So level 1 is harder than I remembered. I kicked up the weights to 5 and 10 lb. Also i still can't do 30 seconds of "real" pushups, i end up going to my knees. I can do a couple real pushups though, so that's an improvement.

I'm looking forward to tomorrow because i actually have never done either of the other 2 videos...

Had 30 day shred so last night I went out and got the other two dvds. I'll be starting this on Friday (I want Thursday to be my rest day as it is my meeting days). And I found on another website that the Quick Trouble Zones workout is circuits 1-4 of No More Trouble Zones. Just thought I'd share. Looking forward to joining you!

Did my day 2 yesterday. I had also done another workout earlier, so I had a bit more trouble finishing all of the weight work but I still pushed through. I'm glad we're switching things up with the different DVDs because doing the 30 day shred level 1 for 10 days (as per the 30 day shred challenge) would probably be too easy before the time was up. I think I'll like the back and forth.

Thanks for clearing that up Ade. I also want Thursdays to be my day off because I am at school from 930am-8pm starting Aug 23. I will probably just switch the days around on the rotation.
I did NMTZ today for the first time and I am EXHAUSTED lol.

I did NMTZ earlier and I'm still feeing it! Great workout though. Those surrenders though, yikes. I did the whole thing with 5lb dumbbells, may have to switch to 3lbers for that part. Or just skip it altogether. I have a knee I wrecked as a teen and one too many days of that is going to have me hurting.

Just finished NMTZ. Oh my goodness!!! My butt was BURNING by the last circuit. seriously. And am i the only one who had trouble figuring out where one circuit ended and another began?

phew im still here!.. just finished NMTZ ouch ouch an more ouch! loved it tho.. that was the longest 55mins ever! lol.. day 3 DONE! :D

Oh I know, those surrenders are the definition of torture. They kind of remind me Suicides. I used to play volleyball in high school and they would make you do these things called Suicides where you would run forever while holding the volleyball over your head. I HATED that sooo bad. I'd get cramps in my side like crazy. What's worse is I only weighed like 130 at the time so no way could I do it now lol.

Hi girls,

I've been reading your posts for some feed back on Jillian Michaels workout ( I think its called the 30 day sculpt).

I did the first day yesterday and I am in complete pain. I know that means it worked, BUT should I continue on today even though I can't really move or start up again tomorrow...don't want to hurt myself but don't want to cheat myself either,

lol.....just finished day 2....and glad I did it. My muscles are exactly not hurting right now because they are completely warmed up and stretched out. Might pay for it again tomorrow, but if we want change sometimes it's going to hurt a little! ;)

I'm terribly sore. the NMTZ yesterday left me so sore all day, and I barely made it through 30DS L1 today. I'm looking forward til tomorrow because I haven't looked at or peeked at BFBM before, so it should be fun because it's new. i hope i'm not sore tomorrow!!

Can't wait til Sunday so i get a rest!! haha I need it!!

Did my day four yesterday and feeling good. I think this is the first time I've ever done some kind of ab work every day and not been too sore to quit. I guess all the other stuff I've been doing prior has strengthened my core a bit!

And cb1, just listen carefully to Jillian. I'm pretty sure I heard her mention everytime we were moving on to a new circuit.
