Just want to say Hi and introduce myself!
Im 27 years old and currently 193lbs...Its the heaviest i've ever been and it very upsetting!
Im currently watching what i eat and working out like crazy!! I\ve lost 3lbs since last week but im far from where i want to be.
I love this site and seeing all the befores and afters and people reaching their goals!
Im happy i've found a place to vent when i need to aswell.
I look forward to getting to know you all
