Thanks everyone! This morning I joined our local fitness center! I was kind of disappointed we were only able to work out for 40 minutes before we had to leave so my friend could get home so her hubby could make it to work. Tomorrow morning, I am picking her up at 5am, she only lives like a block and a half away from the gym so I think if she has to leave early I am going to stay longer.

Today, I walked a mile on the treadmill and did some upper body weights,....I'm not really sure what I should be doing, and the trainer doesn't get in until long after we are gone. *sigh*....anyone have any routines they follow at a gym? Also, FOOD is the biggest thing for me....I just don't know what to be eating....I feel like that's where I fall off, I buy cottage cheese, tortilla wraps, chicken breast, broccoli, and special k bars....then I get bored by those and POOF! Game over, I'm eating pizza with my 6 ft 2 170lb twig of a boyfriend!!!
