I am:
*Staying on plan with Chalean Extreme workouts and adding an extra 15 - 30 minutes of cardio each day
*Making EXCELLENT food choices.
*Drink LOADS of H20 to flush all that bad nasty fat out
OK well i know you can't flush fat out, but toxins and shtuff.
*Not getting depressed when my weight fluctuates slightly from day to day. TOM is going to start today or tomorrow, this will happen. I will not let it throw me off track.
