Smile 20 Something Accountability Thread for Week of July 19th

Happy Monday! We need one of these threads! I noticed it in another forum and it helped me reach my weekly goal simply by telling people that I was going to do it.

We can have one of these threads every week, as a place to write down what we are doing for our health, weight loss goals, etc. for the entire week.

I plan to work out 4 times and hopefully keep my calories under 1500 a day!

Good luck with your goals too!

I'm going to ride my bike to work all 4 days this week, weather permitting. And I'm going to start weight lifting again at home.

LLH2010 - I definitely need to stay on track and I hope this help just like you say it should.

Hi all!! Great idea!

I'm going to go to Jazzercise 2 days this week, and do South Beach phase 1.5 hardcore. I'm going to have limited fruit and a small amount of carbs on workout days.

After a botched weigh-in this morning two weeks into my new plan, I realized I need to be aiming for a lower average daily calorie intake, and will also refuse "off-plan" foods, even if I stay within my daily calories with them.

So I will be running 3 times this week, walk on my days off, and stick to about 1400 calories of whole foods with calorie cycling based on my workout intensity each day.

I will not eat more than 1500 calories per day with a low GI diet plan.
I will walk 2 miles a day in addition to some other form of exercise.
I am also going to continue to wear my bodybugg and make sure to burn at least 2600 calories a day.
I will drink more water!

I am:
*Staying on plan with Chalean Extreme workouts and adding an extra 15 - 30 minutes of cardio each day
*Making EXCELLENT food choices.
*Drink LOADS of H20 to flush all that bad nasty fat out OK well i know you can't flush fat out, but toxins and shtuff.
*Not getting depressed when my weight fluctuates slightly from day to day. TOM is going to start today or tomorrow, this will happen. I will not let it throw me off track.

I made up excuses this morning and didn't ride my bike to work today. And I'm going out to lunch with my coworkers. I need to do something tonight in place of the bike ride.

I'm going to go jogging at least 4 times this week! So far I've gone Mon, and Tues. Hopefully, if weather permits, I can go today too, and then again on Friday! I'm also not going to eat anything sweet (desserts or candy) They've been calling on me lately!
