Default Fluctuation or what?...

I was 158 yesterday
and I checked today again (I have problems!)
and it was still 158
am I 158 now?
or is it some fluctuating nonsense?
because it used to be 163
I dunno but I hope it is 158! so I can keep going lower.
I started jogging recently, have been doing it for the past 4 days
and eating right and stuff but I dunno if the effects would be that fast...
or my body weight is just rollercoastering or what.

Hope you're all doing awesome

Personally, I would say if you're 158 2 days in a row that you're at 158.

I know how sometimes we don't want to believe it because we don't want to get our hopes up... but I would say you aren't normally going to have a 4 lb fluctuation from day to day unless you had a lot of sodium, TOM is here, or you've been doing heavy weight training and are having some kind of water retention.

Don't get discouraged. Just go with it.

Whenever I see a new low on the scale, that is the number I go with (and I weigh myself every day). Sometimes it takes a while to see a new low but as soon as I do, I record it and change the signature!

Change that ticker! I would say 2 days in a row is pretty safe. Running always brings about a woosh for me, too. Maybe it has something to do with water retention? Who knows. Number looks good to me, though!
