Hey girls. Well im trying to post in the "get me out of the 190s thread" But I went back 8 pages and can't find it!! I had lost 25lbs and was doing great...than all the sudden i just quit. It makes me sad I see some of the girls who were about the same weight as me, now in 170s! I couldve been there too! But all that matters now is I AM BACK ON TRACK as of tomorrow!! I can do it!!

That's why I like the "Get me out of the [whatevers]" threads. I feel like they keep me motivated by reminding me that time is passing by, and that other people are making good use of that time and making progress, and that if they can, I can too! It's great that you're back on track and I wish you all the success in your journey!

I agree with above. I'm so glad I found this place. I'm very competitive and I've never had that motivation until here and now. I love checking and seeing 'oh, she/he lost 5 more! I gotta get on it!!' and I'll go another mile or 2.

You guys should make a new one for yourselves Once in awhile they get locked up and restarted so this would be a good opportunity.

I love those threads, they keep me motivated. I didn't actually join one until the 170's but it was the push I needed to get out of there.
