Angry Binged!!

So I have a desk job and its been very slow at work. I got bored and totall just binged on 3 or 4 servings of kashi crackers with 3.5 slices of kraft cheddar cheese! I literally just uped my cals by like 500!!! Arh!!!! Why do I do this?!?! After such a horrible weekend of drinking and eating, I still friggin binge!!

Sorry just had to vent!! Thanks for listening!

Don't panic! It's ok and you'll be able to get back on track. I binged last week to the point of eating 7 Krispy Kreme donuts in addition to 3 hearty meals, so don't feel guilty. I'm sure you're strong and will get back on plan.

I was out of control with chips this weekend... an not even the healthy kind. I never buy that kind of stuff so my will power is 0 when I am bored, alone, and staring at chips. Ugh!!!

ugh, @KayNicole I second the control with chips. <_< I ate like a whole medium bag of BBQ chips.

Just accept that you cannot change it and make an effort to make better decisions as they come. You'll get through it!

Munchie foods are the worst for me! But you are right. We cannot change it so don't beat yourself up. I will just be sticking with salads for lunch this week!

If you binged during work today, just add that to your daily calories and have a light dinner or skip dinner. It shouldn't show up on the scale.
