hum..how do we do this exactly?
seeing that i am new to this thing and all, and seeing that the general advice is to include workout 3 days for a week, so for this month of June, my exercise goal would be....
12 workouts.
yay..hum..writing this is nice for my nonexistence motivation..
can i update my progress here?
3 JUNE : 1km jog around the lake with a friend..
4,5,6 & 7 JUNE : nothing...this is not good. need to do something tomorrow.
8 JUNE : 1km jog around the lake.alone..
9 JUNE : the lake
13 JUNE : the lake
15 JUNE : the lake..
17 june i have to go back home for a month semester break. no internet connection back there. not sure i can fine one to update this.
29 JUNE : Clearing the backyard..
i cant do any workout at home...well no 'cant' just wont.. so 6workout done over 12 goal.
