    Anna - Hmm, I'm not sure if there's much you can do, as it's your body's natural healing process. Best advice I can think of would be just to drink your water to avoid any other pesky water retention!
  • So i'm thinking that weighing in every day is going to make me INSANE! I'm back down to 182.0 today. YAY!!! Now if i can only keep my sanity for the next two pounds!!

    182 this morning! I weigh every morning too so it may not be that accurate but this is a new number so I'm still excited! :P

  • Back up to 189.2 this a.m. ... I thought I was finally moving along but I GUESS NOT! ... My eating was on plan but I did go out and have a few drinks Friday night ... maybe I'll even back out by next week! Here's hoping!

    I weighed in this morning for WW and I am at 182.2lbs! That's 2 pounds for the week, 1 pound away from 10 lbs lost since starting WW, and 2.2 lbs from getting out the 180s!!! WOOOOHOOO!! I am hoping to see the 170s some time this week when I weigh in (I weigh myself daily) so hopefully next Sunday will be a 170s weigh in.
  • Well I'm back. I've been bad.

    I have not lost any weight for weeks. I haven't gained any either. This past week we went on a vacation.... I ate A LOT. we were staying in a hotel and eating out everyday. We went to the rocky mountains so there was strenuous hiking involved everyday, which I felt justified having wine, filet mignon and baked potatoes, and creme brulee for supper every night and and slamming back trail mix, beef jerky and tuna and crackers while hiking.

    SO considering I wasn't watching what I ate at all except to stay away from soda, I am impressed that I did not gain a pound.

    Anyway. 186 today. Again. I'm sick of being 186. It's been like a month and I should be in the 170's, but I keep finding excuses to eat more. that's gotta stop ASAP... I'm not on vacation anymore.... time to get my butt kicked. i'm grocery shopping tomorrow and I'm gonna stock my fridge with HEALTHY things... no crap allowed!!!

    Cb1 - I've been there before. The lowest I was for the past few years was 182 and that was last December. But I was in the 180s for months before that. I am a little nervous if about when I'll break into the 170s. Try to figure out what's stopping your body from losing more and keep at it. And sometimes the best thing to do is to rest then mix things up.

  • Ok, might be an anomaly but I'm at 180 this morning! 179.5 yesterday but I was dehydrated (and still could be!) These numbers are worth being the designated driver this weekend, I'll tell ya!
