Default Fat Days...

I am having a fat day today. I think I am literally bloated because TOM should be coming any day now, and I just feel blobby. I work at a barn and it was hot and I was all sweaty and heavy and sluggish feeling. My clothes were all sticky and it was just gross. I was up on the scale this morning, and it's gotta be false weight since I've been perfectly on plan and working out. Even my muscles feel softer than usual, and I've been avoiding the mirror.

Anyways, just had to whine about my fat day, haha. Good thing I don't have to do anything today, I've worked, exercised, and now I just get to be a couch potato and feel fat in peace, haha.

<-- this is how I feel today (fat, not preggo, lol)

I've been having these lately, ever since I overate one day and then my calories got all wonky. Finals and having to pack aren't helping the self-confidence as I officially do not have the time to go to the gym (so sad!) I keep fantasizing about being home and being able to get myself right back on my usual track. Even though I'm eating pretty much what I should, the lack of gym and general stress has me feeling ginormous!

Agh I hate having fat days. They tend to put me off track. I always have them when I'm about to be going out. So I'm sure it will happen tonight.

Hope you're feeling better hun x

I'm having a fat week, I missed ONE birth control pill and my TOM came, so it all hit me at once. And it's the longest one I've ever had. I just want to feel light and nice again. Having a shower helps, the fresh clean feeling is so nice!

I hate those!!!! They just bring you down completely when you don't feel yourself! It's good you didn't look at the mirror..whenever I have a fat day, I'm there for an hour going through all of my clothing until I find just a pair of sweats and a hoodie.

I'm having the issue that I feel fine, and then I have fat afternoons, no matter what I eat.

Try eating this cool cucumber salad. http://www.glamour.com/health-fitnes...zesty-cuc.html Whenever I feel like junk, I eat that as a meal and I feel great! It's soo yummy. And drink TONS of water! You'll feel brand new tomorrow!!

I know exactly what you mean. I think it's better to have a fat day when you don't have much to do, than when you know you need to run errands or something. I swear on those days, I'm not happy with how any of my clothes look on me. Eventually hubby comes in, picks a pair of pants and a shirt, tells me to put them on and we're leaving, lol.
