Default atoning for your "sins"

how do you make up for eating really badly on some days?

normally i just try to eat healthier the next day and squeeze in some more exercise... but it doesn't always work out.

i don't really like the idea of forcing myself to eat raw veggies for dinner in an attempt to balance everything out. it just feels like punishment and i am left unsatisfied.

i came up with this idea of cooking a giant pot of soup once a week. and indulging in as much soup i want on days where i have been bad. it's pretty much just water, veggies, quinoa, and lean meat. i feel satisfied and don't feel like i'm torturing myself.

what do you guys do?

I don't do anything except go back to my normal routine. There is no "bad" on my plan, it's called life.
