The weekend is here tomorrow, and I know alot of us have troubles keeping straight on the weekend so lets have a weekend pact.
We will stick to our food and exercise plan (it's okay if your plan includes a drink, or dinner out with a boy, or whatever.... just as long as it's planned). We will stay strong, fight the cravings, and keep moving along the journey of a more healthy lifestyle.
