Weekend pact
The weekend is here tomorrow, and I know alot of us have troubles keeping straight on the weekend so lets have a weekend pact.
We will stick to our food and exercise plan (it's okay if your plan includes a drink, or dinner out with a boy, or whatever.... just as long as it's planned). We will stay strong, fight the cravings, and keep moving along the journey of a more healthy lifestyle. Who's with me, chickies?! :cheer2: |
Weekends are the WORST for me. You have my word that I'll try my best! I know I will be out at the pub on Saturday, but it will be following a long, hectic day on my feet so I will make the best choice and enjoy it and move on. :) Good luck!

I'm with you! I hit a new low today and don't want to have to work back down to it next week. I'm having two meals out, and visiting an old friend who's going to want to drink (a lot) of champagne, but I'm going to be strong and order good food on the meals out, high in veggie's, lower in carbs, and only have two glasses of champagne. And only have the two glasses if I can fit it into plan that day.
I'll also go for a run Sat, and possibly a run on Sunday or at least a long walk! Great idea!! Thanks! |
