Default Mini goals/mini victories

What is everyone's next mini goal? Weight or non-weight goal, I want to know!

And for pure motivation and bragging, any recent victories?

My next goal is simply to be in the 100's again. This 200 thing has been brutal on me, I feel so much worse than I did just 20 pounds lighter. I'm sore, I'm tired, and I know that when I get back down into the 190's (And very shortly thereafter, the 180's) I'm going to feel so much better.

My recent mini victory was shopping well today- went to Costco and stuck to my list, compared labels, skipped tempting bad stuff, switched to whole grain pasta. It felt good to walk out not feeling guilty! I even did it with my 4 year old in tow, pointing out sweets. LOL.

OH and I skipped the sample tables. HUGE step. Srsly.

I hate the sample tables at Costco! They're just too tempting since they're all just bites of food, and I don't think about what I'm eating when I grab one, but generally they're also really unhealthy food, so even a bite packs in a lot of calories and fat.

My next mini goal is coming up. 260lbs. By then I'll have lost 36.6lbs. After that it's onto 230. As far as mini victories, I would say finishing a 6.3 mile hike last Saturday and complete week one of the C25K program!

My goals are to exercise at LEAST 5 days a week. I am going to aim for daily and always change things up. I have a pair of paints that are too small that I am working my way into. I wore them last year and I want to get into them again.

Great job with the shopping! I make a list and don't allow myself to get anything that isn't on it. Its hard when I go to get my Kashi cereal to walk right past the frosted mini wheats! HAH.

My next mini goal is to get to 169 (I know it says 184 in my ticker, but I had briefly breached the 170's so that is 10 lbs) AND...To fit comfortably in a size 10 jeans.

Recent victory: starting to get back on plan! journalizing food, not feeling like I'm going to die when in a spinning class.

Next Goal: being in the 170s for longer than a moment! I would love love love it!

Mini goal 2: 175 with no inching up higher.

.... Once I conquer those 2 goals, I don't think I'd know what to do with myself! Probably reward myself with some new shoes.

To make it to the 160s! I took December through March off of weight loss, so it feels like I've been stuck in the 170s forever. I seriously can't wait to see that 16- on the scale

As a small victory, I just sat in the break room with two of my coworkers who were eating pieces of this ridiculously good looking chocolate layer cake that another coworker's wife baked without taking a bite. I can't believe I made it!

I'm only focusing on non-weight related victories/goals. The weight will come as I get these non-weight goals

Recent victory: Finished my first 5K in 33:21. Still beaming from runner's high.
Mini goal: Run a 10K in May.
Mini goal: Run a sub-30 5K.
Mini goal: Run a half marathon in June.

And I'm pretty sure I'm going to run a marathon in October. I'll know for sure tonight.

I really want to be able to run 5K without stopping. I am back to running after being ill for a few weeks and am loving it! I plan to start pushing myself a lot harder! I also can't wait to be back in the 110's. I haven't seen those numbers since i graduated university! Just a few pounds to go....

My next mini goal is getting into the 130's. Haven't been that low since I was a pre teen I don't think.

I want to get back to 184... That would put me back to where I was before this international move stress fest got the better of me and I ate insane amounts of tempura and beef bowl for no other reason than it being there... *sigh*.

My next mini goal is 185--out of the obese weight range!

Then I just want to see 17s on the scale!
