I'm happy to say I'm 6 pounds away from my goal and I'm VERY sure that I will be there by the end of this month if not sooner!

I also want to get out of the 200s.

My goal by the end of next month is to be on the ones again.

I want to reach goal of 145 but that still seems so far away... to see 150 on the scale again (haven't since about this time last year) would be fantastic!

I hate those evil Costco sample tables. I can't have anything, not even one bite, because they always involve pasta, or crackers, or other carb-y things I can't touch on my plan. But the last time I was there, I stared down the table of peanut butter filled pretzel nuggets and thought - just one wouldn't hurt... but I shook myself loose and walked away. Whew - victory for me!

My new mini-goal will probably be my last big goal - I'm considering calling goal 10 lbs early and just focusing on getting super fit from that point on - wherever it ends up taking the scale.

As my signature indicates, my bf hid my scale in Jan. and I think I would cry tears of joy if I were 159 or under by May 31. That is my goal. Another goal for that time is to complete the C25k program and run the 3 miles straight by the end!

Also, size 6 pants size would have the same result. Lol. I feel cheesy but I know you ladies understand these things.

Chickpea- good on you for skipping the PB pretzel!! I know it seems like such a dinky little victory to some people, but we know what that really means. It's just one of a lot of dinky victories that add up to two pounds that month, or the one straw that could have broke the camel's back and sent you into a tailspin of "well, I already screwed up today, might as well call it an off day and have spaghetti and meatballs" kind of thinking. It was so much more than a peanut butter pretzel. Girl, we know. LOL.

The funniest part of it, is that I have two giant tubs of them at home that don't tempt me at all. I look at the jar on the counter every day - but for some reason, put one in a tiny little paper wrapper and I'm transfixed.

chickapea - That's hilarious! Why is that??

My recent victory: I feel 100% motivated again to keep eating OP! Woot!

My mini-goal: To reach my final goal weight of 150! I'm 5lbs away, then I get to lose 5 more to drop me into a maintenance range I can be happy with. I'm really excited to really start weight training with my hubby and get the little biceps I've always wanted!

just reached my second mini goal today, weighed 159.2 which puts me in the normal/healthy BMI range!! YAY!

my next goal is to see myself as not overweight anymore and stop worrying about the scale because of it. i'm hoping to only start weighing myself every two weeks or so
