Talking carbs and fiber... how do you do?

Do you subtract your fiber count from your carbs counts at the of the day ?
When you want to now how many carb did you get for the day.

So let say I eat 175g of carbs and 30 grams of fiber ,So my net carbs count will be 145.

Thanks

Honestly I keep them seperate and just aim to eat less than 100 grams of carbs a day- but I'm not sure if you are doing low carb or not? I usually get 20-30 grams of fiber a day.

Because fiber is not digestible, I subtract it.

Yup, That's the way I look at it for net carbs.
