Be careful with that - carbs break down in your mouth, so you're actually consuming calories -swallowing or not. Also, this is a form of an eating disorder, if you do it often...
As for me, I'll be eating candy. My mom lovingly bought me a small handful of single serving items: mini choclates wrapped together in one serving, a individual bag of mini eggs, a couple large cadbury eggs wrapped in seperate plastic bags. I have to say, I'm thankful. I'm good at eating just one serving, but it's nice to have everything seperated for me so I don't have to count it out.
I don't see anything wrong with a few bites of candy to celebrate my Lord's birth!


Okay, maybe I shouldn't look at it that way, but hey - eating a bit of my favorites here and there is the only way I'm going to keep up healthy habits permanently.
