so I had one of those goodbye/cheat weekends but it ended up being WAY too much. In ONE DAY I had half a large pizza, three pastry delights, two 500 calorie brownies, PF Changs kung pao chicken, PF Changs soup, TWO bowls of cereal, and one bowl of chicken noodle soup. I am in shock. The total was over 5000 calories.

I am in shock. I have no idea how it happened. I don't know how to begin to compensate for it. The last two days my eating has been relatively normal, thank God, but still not low enough to make up for that Sunday. Im just going to have to move forward from that day. ugh.
