Question TOM Question?

I recently started increasing my workouts to get the scale moving again, but It has also caused my TOM to arrive a week or two early for the last 2-3 months. Has anyone else had a problem with exercise and TOM?

This happened to me when I first started--my period was three days early, then five days early (and NINE DAYS long), and I'm on the pill! It's back to normal finally this month, and it was even fairly light.

I actually skipped this month. I freaked out, took 28$ worth of pregnancy tests (all neg) and called my gyno 4 times all for her to say "Weight loss can mess up your cycle. Call me again in April if it doesn't show up." Your body is really delicate and it can get wonked out with change, I guess lol.
