Do you ever feel sort of surprised that you're actually losing? It's not that I thought I was a freak of nature or anything that couldn't lose no matter what...I understand how it works, I've lost about 15 pounds before doing the same things I'm doing now, and even though I work out and stay on plan 98% of the time - when I step on the scale and see the numbers going down, I always feel faintly surprised! Maybe I thought it would be harder than this (not that it's easy or anything!), I don't know. But I always weigh a couple times in a row out of disbelief
