I honestly don't think that I want to shop anywhere that I haven't been shopping at for years. My thing...and this may sound weird...but I want to go to Vicotria's Secret and buy something other than their fragrances. The one time I actually attempted to try anything on there (this was 3 maybe 4 years ago) I had a horrible experience. I cant wait to go into that store and walk out with some hot stuff. And another one (that I wont have to worry about for awhile) is buying a wedding dress. I'm not even dating, but still. I watch Say Yes to the Dress all the time, and my fear is that I wont be able to get a great dress like the dresses on that show because of my size. I dont think I could afford a dress like that, but I still want to have more options in what I can wear.

Anthropologie, ModCloth, Urban Outfitters, and when I visit New York, H&M and Topshop.

Basically I want to look like a total hipster and/or Zooey Deschanel. She and Jenny Lewis are my style inspirations, only I won't wear my shorts as short as Jenny.

I just posted pics of a dress from ModCloth on my blog. I was waiting to buy something from there too, and I finally did. Their sizing is a bit weird though; the dress in the pic is a small, and so far I have heard they run a bit large. It's not my favorite dress, but it was on sale and I just really wanted something from there.

I was so looking forward to getting a pair of 7s or Rock and Republics, but I can't bring myself to buy them in a 30, which I still am in their sizes apparently. They just don't look good on me. I'm a 29 in Citizens and Paige, but they just don't look $200 good on me.

I truly don't believe she meant any harm, she smiled the whole time, but still.

So I want to shop at Hollister, and buy something in the MIDDLE of the rack, thank you very much. Just to stick it to skinny people, haha.
Oh my gosh you just totally described why I DONT shop at ABERCROMBIE! Any time I walk into that store its like all eyes on you going WTF?! I dated one guy who was obsessed with that store; we lasted 2 weeks. hahaha
Oh my...

Jen and Stella - You can blame FB for giving me an ad for that website. I am addicted and I haven't even bought anything yet because I'm too fat to fit into 99% of the good stuff.

I just fell in love with modcloth! The dresses...aghhh! Perfect motivation!

I wonder if I'll have to get a 2nd job once I hit goal weight. I've never wanted to spend so much money on clothes before!

While shopping is not my favorite activity in the world, I am looking forward to the day that I can shop in any store and be willing to spend money knowing that the clothes I buy will look great and still fit in a couple of months! I've been replacing my old clothes with thrift store finds because I don't have the money to buy new clothes all the time as I lose weight. The good news: I live near a lot of rich people (I seriously drive past Microsoft on my way to work), so the thrift stores around here are full of high-end, barely used clothes. When I'm at my goal weight I'll have saved money AND be willing to invest in a few things I'll be able to wear for a long time and that is what I'm looking forward to.

I'm definitely with everyone on Modcloth, can't wait to shop there. Also, H&M, Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, American Apparel, Forever 21, Guess, Express, and Nordstrom (which of course offers plus sizes, but if I'm spending a lot of money, I'd rather buy something I want).

I have some boardshorts from when I lost weight the first time. I have a pair of 13s and a pair of 11s I think. They started getting too big at one point. Now I can't get them on my thighs! And I loved those shorts!

I want to go to Express and the Buckle... I mostly just want to be HAPPY shopping and not leave depressed like I do now.

I can't wait!
