Man I wish y'all with snow would send some up here. We haven't had snow in a month, at least. Just showers and flurries and stuff, but no accumulation. I want a powder day!

Aliquot- I watched the soup today too...I dvr it And I like community too.

I'm off to spin class now. It will not be fun. I ate half my box of Russel Stovers today And my weight is going crazy...130 one day and 135 the next. Water retention craziness.

hey there ladies!

i'm back...again. hopefully i'll stay back this time. i've been having a bit of trouble with dedication recently. work has been crazy overwhelming and combined with the stress i've been getting sick. nothing serious but stomach aches, headaches, etc. i finally realized i need to get back on track and start eating healthy again instead of just cutting calories. i'm also back up to 154...up 8 lbs since october when i hit my goal. grrrr. now i gotta drop that 8 and hopefully an additional 10. i just can't seem to find the motivation for it. it seems so daunting. well, we'll see.

hope all is well!!

have a great day

Okay. Paper's done. Just need to do the references, I'm going to do that tomorrow when I get to school. I have no patience for it right now.

I'm going to eat something and then get ready.

Its sort of snowing, but more of a very tiny, wet icy snow. That should make driving fun.

Forest - I'll mail you some snow

Icon- I eat mine the same way...yummmmmm

Stella- be careful out there! yay for finishing the paper.

Amyleigh- welcome back! the last 10 are a bear but you'll get through them.

I just got back from the gym...my spin was actually amazing despite the candy stomach ache and muscle pain. I had so much energy (the upside to overdoing it on chocolate I guess) and just gunned it in high gear for an hour and a quarter. I didn't do my strength training; figured I'd give myself the day off for that...but I did take off my shirt for the last 20 minutes of spin and rocked it in my hot pink sports bra, which is a really good way to force myself to tighten up my abs, so at least I got an ab workout.

Oh my god....cadbury eggs are my downfall!!! Those and the Reeses PB Trees at Christmas time!!

You girls have been chatty today! I went to bed wicked late last night because I stayed up to watch the repeat of the pairs skating on NBC. LOL They actually showed my pair that I adore!!! I was so freaking excited....especially since they totally kicked *** and skated the best short program I think I have ever seen them skate. I may or may not have started crying the minute they landed their jumps cleanly. (Their jumps were the very first element that they did). LOL And as they were going into their spin, which they finish with, I stood and gave them a standing ovation in my basement! haha I pretty much screamed throughout the whole thing and am really glad that I'm home alone this week But it was AMAZING!!! I can't wait until they do it again tonight and I can cry and scream and be happy all over again

I second that!!

I did my 40 minutes on the treadclimber again. But I think I may have messed it up with my supper. Oops!

I have learned if I wait until I am really really hungry to start deciding what I want to eat, then I make bad choices. I need to get my supper ready before the hunger pangs hit.
