Well last weeks weigh-in was 186!! Woohoo!!! But just started TOM so i have a 2lbs gain :( But that just means that much more for next week!! :)

sorry i haven't updated at all. I took a much needed break from the computer due to a hectic work schedule. I am happy to say that i have the rest of this week off and most likely next week off too! The last week has been pretty good. However, i have not worked out as much as planned, hoping to change that this week...

I haven't lost, but i haven't gained, so i guess its not too bad.

How is everyone doing this week? It's so great to see all the losses in here and very motivating to stay OP. I'm still at the same weight I was for Sunday's WI... but TOM is coming this week sometime, so I'll do the best I can and hope for a whoosh when it's over. ;)

This week has been going great! I weighed this morning and I am down two pounds from sunday...so awesome!

Weighed in this morning even though its still TOM and i'm down 1lb! :cb: I don't think thats ever happened during TOM! Drinking all that damn water worked! Only have 6 more lbs until i'm at goal!!!!! :D

Kinda like some of yall... TOM is here. Still down one pound though! This week has been a little lighter on exercise than usual... but I'm really proud that I'm still at least DOING it. Gotta find something to do today.... what workouts do you guys do during TOM?? same as usual?

How funny, I'm on my TOM too! I do the same exercises that I normally do. If I'm feeling particularly crampy, I try to do some stretching exercises aside from my normal workouts though... I'm *temporarily* up a pound from lovely TOM, but it's helping me to be VERY good and OP with my eating (exercise is no problem for me to keep up with ;) )... so I'm hoping for the whoosh when it's over! Do you do your normal exercises Carissa?

Weeellllll, I actually gained a little. But, it doesn't concern me. I had a strange whoosh last week (going from 153.6 down to 149.7...wtf??), so I just bounced back a bit. Still averaging 1.3lbs/week. Not bad when I think about it like that, but nobody wants to GAIN anything ever, haha. I think I'm definitely at the point where my weight loss slows down to get rid of these last 10lbs.

I am going to make a very ambitious goal to lose ten pounds by the first day of spring. I figure it's doable since Ive heard you usually lose a lot at the beginning.

Start weight: 215
First day of spring goal: 205

I would loooove to be out of the 200's by April 1st, but that's another story.

Ugh, TOM was this past week, so I had a 2 pound gain that just wouldn't go back down all week, but this morning it seems like I'm back on track. :carrot:

I know it's only BARELY out of the 180's, but I was so excited to see that number this morning!
