This really has been a frustrating week. I have ran almost everyday for 2 weeks. I feel great! I have been eating very healthy, even have played around with my calorie intake, 1500 one day, 1200 the next, then 1600... and the scale hasn't moved a bit!
I think i am going to adjust my goal for this challenge. Just get to 120! 117 feels impossible right now. SW:122 CW121.5 GW:120 |

Hope you've all had a good week! Just two weeks to go on this challenge, and I'm not doing as well as I was hoping :( Just checked my calorie average for the week and it came to 1440, which is above last week which came to 1370, will definitely be aiming back for under 1400 for this coming week. Also have a new workout program at the gym as of Friday so hoping that will speed the weightloss up a bit in the coming weeks. Here's my stats SW 181.9 CW 180.1 (sigh...) BUT, i did hit 192 on Thursday & Friday.. so I did lose 10lbs. but i took Friday & Saturday as 'off days' to eat healthy, but not bother counting the calories & fat... and I did well on Friday, but last night I ate some carrot cake before bed, so it said I gained 2lbs now.. oh well! official weigh-in on Wednesday .. so we'll see then! |

stargzr, don't get too down, you are doing great girl! SW: 166.2 CW: 162.3 GW: 159.5 Progress: 3.9 down, 2.8 to go Exactly the same weight as last weeks WI which is good and bad. Bad because I really wanted to see 161, but good because I did not really count calories all weekend. I didn't go crazy but I didn't stay OP and the scale shows it. Oh well I am back on track today. Looks like everyone is doing pretty good! We can do this girls! :) |
