CW:121 GW:119ish Finally got the scale to move! I did what a few people recommended: I ate a little more than i was supposed to eat for a day or two, then went back to normal, and look at that, i lost a half a pound! |

I haven't weighed in a couple of days; I think I'm actually up on the scale but my waist is back down from a rentention-tastic weekend and I am feeling good about the week. |

Soooo, I slipped up and gained the five pounds I lost. Luckily I've been working out hard this week and eating well and I've managed to lose three of those. Long story short, I doubt I can make my goal. But that's alright with me, so long as I'm losing in the mean time. :)
SW: 215 CW: 217 GW: 205 I need a downward trend to motivate myself. I hate losing and gaining the same 5-10 pounds. If I can fight to get myself out of the 200's I think it will be a game changer. I just need to stay consistent - I am so determined with weight loss while I'm doing it, it's just a matter of staying with it. I want this so much! |

Still on track! Down 1.5 from yesterday, somehow.
Start: 215 Went up: 220 Back down: 215.5 Spring goal I don't expect to make: 205 (still happy, though!) I've been eating far better than normal, and far fewer calories of that better food. I'm also on day 3 of the 30 day shred. Going to try for 30 days in a row, eeek. I hope you guys dont mind, but Im going to try and post everyday, Im desperately trying to stick with this! Congrats to those that made your goal early, so inspiring! |

Today is not an official WI day but I am excited because I finally saw 161 on the scale so I am posting my progress anyway.
