Some things are starting to change now, that I never thought I would notice... I'm starting to actually know when I feel hungry/full.. I don't think I ever got to those points before, and NOW when I'm full I stop eating. It's way easier than I imagined. Also the other night my bf and I went to applebees and i ate my usual bbq chicken sandwich and mountain dew and it made me sick. I'm not used to eating crap now, so my body doesn't want it... this all actually gives me a strange sense of pride...

That is exactly how I feel.. Sometimes I go out for a girls night and we drink (not a big drinker) so the next morning I feel like crap.. Which makes me re think what I'm drinking if I don't want to feel like that the next morning then its ice water or something non alcohol that night. Now its the same with food like you said I eat something I use to love and want that I know is bad for me, I know I'm going to pay for it so I rethink it. But before I would just shove my face and say ill get back on track tomorrow.

I definitely agree. I used to just eat until I felt STUFFED and then I even felt sick afterwards. I don't know why I ever did this but now I'm really working on just stopping when I am satisfied and I feel so much better.

I'll never forget the feeling in my stomach when, after months of whole grains and veggies, I ate a homemade powdered cake doughnut. I was curled up on the bed wimpering for the rest of the night. No more doughnuts. Ever.
