So, it takes about 3 weeks to build a habit; how about 2! That's hos long we have left in January, I month that Im sure has goten many of you motivated and jump started your weight loss. Let's go into February with a new habit: doing something physical everyday. Workout, walking to the market, rough housing with your kids, sex, anything!! Here's a place where we can all be accountable for each other (Lord knows I need it!!) and keep the momentum rolling into next month.

1/14:20 minutes of Tae Bo

1/15:2.5 mile walk jog and 30 minutes of merengue, cha cha, and samba

1/16: Didn't workout today.

1/17: Billy Blank's Bootcamp, 30 mins. It's raining in LA (go figure) so no running today.

1/18: 30 minutes of Ultimate Bootcamp (good grief!) & a 30 minute walk after the rain

1/19: no workout

but I ate clean and met up with old friends.
1/20: thought i was gonna get to run today but no, stupid rain! 20 mins tae bo, 20 mins yoga.

I MISS THE GYM!!!!
1/21: 1.2 mile walk/jog

1/22: 15 mins treadmill and dancing with lil sis.

1/23: 50 mins treadmill w/ arm work

1/24: no workout
1/25: 30 mins on treadmill, 20 push ups, 25 sit ups, 25 crunches
1/26: i dont know how i got off with writing down my workouts but i havent missed any days! where did they go?! why does it look like i've skipped two days?! i made a mistake somewhere, but i have worked out everyday.
