I felt great!! I can notice a difference in my own body even though I know others can't. It gives me the motivation to keep going! I feel like a load has been lifted off. Not that I was all the bummed or upset about my weight but I didn't feel good about myself and it feels great to have an outlet for stress that I feel with just being a wife and mother. I'm so excited...

I know exactly how you feel!
It looks like we're very similar on the scale too!
To be honest, looking in the mirror, I can't tell ANY difference at all but I feel a thousand times better about myself, I have a more positive outlook and more energy and I don't feel sluggish...which was ALWAYS my problem to getting started.

Good job! 9 lbs is great! I'm sure you do feel better and that's such a great start. And I love when you get started and first go from feeling sluggish to having energy and being more positive. It's so worth it!

Congrats... I'm down about that much but I don't notice a thing and I'm so frustrated! Noticing the loss is better than whatever the scale has to say.
