Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Motivation. Stress- I am finishing up grad school and it seems like there is a sabotage around every corner.
Following any specific plan: Calorie counting/cutting out junk, workout DVDs and getting back into running which used to be a passion of mine
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: The last I weighed 160lbs and I lost 35, I became obsessive about it, which is not a recipe for maintaining it for life. This time I plan on making changes I can stick with, and although I want to lose it by summer, if I don't that is okay too. I also joined a forum last time and checked in daily which was very helpful.
Anything else you would like to share with us: I always have had a skewed perception of myself, so while I want to work on physical I also want to work on staying positive and healthy emotionally.

I am trying to incorporate a number of changes, smaller portions, no over eating, limited sugars, no soda!!!! (i'm a mountain dew fiend) I'm also trying to cook healtier by finding alternative ways to prepare the same foods I already eat.

Following any specific plan: I had previously tried weight watchers, but it came to the point with me living in the dorms and having to a meal plan through school that I did not have enough time to plan out everything. I am going to work out 5 days a week. I am going to sign up for some fitness classes through our recreation center at school - Yoga, All About Arms, and H.a.b.i.t (hips, abs, buns, thighs) and thinking before i eat!
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I actually have things to motivate me. My boyfriend was recently offered a job in Wyoming and I will not be seeing him until March(only for a week sadly) and then for a month this summer. He is planning on moving back in a year. So, with that being said I want to do this for myself..I want to feel comfortable in my own skin and in my clothes without having to spend 15 extra minutes trying on clothes in the mornings and still feeling unsatisfied. And additionally, since my boyfriend goes to the gym 5 days a week and runs 2 miles 7 days a week..I want him to think wow, she really cares about herself and her body..and a wow factor in general

keep it a secret! The one thing I've learned is when you tell friends and family your weight loss plans they just make you feel worse when you fail. Even without meaning too
Anything else you would like to share with us:
I was on medifast for a little while and while I loved the results I just couldn't handle the food anymore! I LOVE food....
Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Ugh, the whole process is hard, haha. Hmm, probably giving up fast food while not having access to a kitchen to cook my meals when I want to.
Following any specific plan: Staying between 1400-1600 calories, avoiding most foods that have more than 30% fat from calories, walking, Xbox fitness games, eating small portions throughout the day.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I've never really incorporated activity and exercise before. I always felt that I could lose weight with just food...which I can, I just don't keep the weight off for very long.
Anything else you would like to share with us: I plan to set my weight loss goals as 10% of my starting weight. So, starting at 277, I'd like to lose 28 pounds.
