i'm going to do jillians 30 day shred i plan for 3 months and then ill find another excersize video, and im going to play volleyball becuase its fun to me and i can burn calories and ill add a little yoga in on days when my mussles are killing me

this time its different becuase im getting marrried and i refuse to wear a dress till the weight comes off so the day i get married is the day i lose 75 pounds

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I saw a picture of me holding my son on christmas and I realized how huge I was.I want to get healthy for him, I don't want him to lose me early in his life.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I signed up for this site awhile ago, but never used...however this time I am determined! I am hoping that with all of the support this site has to offer, I will have success this time!

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss:Succumbing to convenience foods. With my busy schedule and stressful life as a grad student, it's easy to
stop and get a burger or something from fast food places for a meal.
Following any specific plan: I've been sticking to a lower calorie diet and trying to exercise at least every other day. My foods are now more fresh and I make a lot more meals myself, where I can control portions and what goes into it.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I've stuck with it for more than a few weeks and have seen a significant loss already.
Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: I am an emotional eater especially when I am stressed out.With being a student I have lots of deadlines I find when I am stressed I will binge eat. So I need to find a better way to deal with my emotions instead of eating them.
Following any specific plan: I plan on counting calories until I am more aware of how many calories are in certain foods. I am also going to keep track of my food and excerise in a health log.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I lost a fair bit of weight (35 lbs) about 4 years ago but instead of maintaining I gained back the 35 lbs plus an extra 25 lbs. This time around I am going to concentrate more on living a lifestyle that I can maintain even when I have lost all the weight I need to.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past:
Ive gained more weight than I ever have. This time I want to lose weight and never gain it again!! Im so sick of getting fat and having to lose it. Even when I was healthy I beat myself up thinking of problem areas, how I should lose a few more pounds...I so dont want to do that anymore. Wieght loss and wieght gain throughout my years have drove me crazy. Im tired of it and what the mental chaos to end.

I know maybe I shouldn't think this way...but losing weight will give me confidence to do anything...new job, new life, hanging out, you know...all that stuff. I want MY LIFE BACK. Good luck to all
